Shipping for Cash On Delivery Orders:

By availing our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

COD orders will be booked only if your pin-code is serviceable for COD by our Courier Partners. If unserviceable, will reach out to you with relevant details.
There are no additional charges for COD orders. The COD facility is FREE for all orders.
Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment. It is strictly a immediate payment only method.
E-Gift Vouchers or discount codes cannot be used for COD orders.
Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and certainly unwashed - with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide us a proof of purchase (order number or payment details).

All returns and exchanges need to be routed through the My Account section.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
